Hannah and Briggs’ classic Nantucket suite was printed with the always-timeless engraving process, which leaves the ink raised on the surface of the paper. A custom monogram with a thistle flower was a nod to Briggs’ Scottish heritage as well as to Nantucket. The edges of the invitation card were beveled and painted in metallic gold. Their Welcome Drinks card (held at the Whaling Museum) was cut into the shape of a whale and tied around the suite. Hand calligraphy in white ink, New England-themed vintage postage, and a vintage map of Nantucket adorned the envelope.
