For our first Vermont wedding invitation, inspiration was pulled from traditional floral wallpaper pattern imagined covering the walls of an old country farmhouse. To update the look, we created the ‘flowers’ by inking the tops of strawberries and printing our own repeating pattern, which was then later digitally reduced in size. The romantic curls of Abbey and Thomas’ names lend a romantic look while the victorian frame keep the strawberry pattern in the background. A reception card along with a patterned response card were also included in the long invitation envelope. Kraft envelopes ground the country blue and coral colors and give an organic feel to the New England setting.
