Color and printing were the stars of Angela and Christopher’s suite. Coral pink and sky blue papers were used to provide the color of the vibrant Costa Rican setting and the cards were silkscreen printed in ivory ink. The printing process allows the ink to sit on top of the paper instead of being absorbed, giving it a raised look and feel. It also allows for light-colored ink to be printed on darker paper colors. The response card was digitally printed and featured a lush, rainforest palm pattern on one side and rsvp information on the other. It was designed as a postcard to further the destination feel. The lightest of lime greens was used on the envelops, which were lined in a contrasting navy paper. A website tag was tied around the suite.
