With an engagement shutting down Times Square, Emilia and Ryan’s ensuing Greek wedding was truly an event to anticipate. The metallic gold-foiled invitation suite was laced with hand-painted, watercolor bougainvillea—flowers found climbing the white-washed buildings of Corfu, Greece. A details card featured a whimsically painted watercolor scene of their Times Square engagement and a plane flying guests from New York to the tiny island of Pontikonisi. The card’s reverse side listed the weekend’s events and wedding website for further information. Rehearsal dinner cards were slipped into the suites of particular guests, and a response card entangled with more bougainvillea was tucked into the flap of the return envelope.
