By ordering from Anticipate Invitations, you hereby agree to the following:
Please triple-check your final PDF proof before sending approval. Your approval is necessary before any files are sent to print. Anticipate will not be held liable for any grammatical, typographical, design, size, or color errors.
For wedding suites, one round of revisions is included after you receive and review your initial proof. Additional revisions, or changes made after final approval but before being sent to print, will incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the revision or change. You accept responsibility for the information and layout as presented in the PDF proof.
Product and ink colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and when viewed in person due to the way colors are calibrated and perceived on different monitors, printers and papers. We will not be held liable for any color variations.
Any personalized item: A PDF proof will be emailed within 2 business days of your order (excluding holidays and notices of Shop vacations) to the email provided upon checkout. After approval, please allow an additional 10 business days for printing and production. Non-personalized items: Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order until your order ships. Vintage postage may take up to 8 business days depending on scarcity and quantity ordered. We are a small, family-run business so depending on order volumes, some fluctuations in processing times may vary but we will do our best to inform you of any type of impending delays.
Currency and Sales
TaxPrices are listed in U.S. Dollars. For items other than envelopes and envelope liners shipped to addresses within Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax. You are responsible for claiming use tax if you are not charged sales tax.
Please make sure your billing, shipping and contact information listed upon checkout is correct for proper billing and shipping purposes.
We ship via UPS and USPS. Orders with Ground shipping selected may be shipped with UPS, USPS, or a combination. We cannot be held liable for lost shipments or damage incurred during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS or UPS if damage is incurred. Reprints or product replacements will be sent upon receiving payment for the full reprint or replacement price. International customs or duties will not be our responsibility.
Any non-personalized, unused and unopened product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Vintage postage sets may be returned if the order contains 5 or less sets. Shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds will be processed in the same form the order was placed. Used, opened and personalized products cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning an item.
If mistakes or flaws are deemed by Anticipate to be on our behalf, the flawed portion of the order will be reprinted at our expense or refunded altogether, relieving us of any further obligation on the returned work. No claims will be accepted after 14 days from delivery.
No cancellations will be accepted for any reason on personalized items after final artwork approval is given.
The rights to all design and artwork, including but not limited to photography and/or illustration created by independent photographers or illustrators retained by Anticipate, or purchased from a stock agency on your behalf, remain with Anticipate, the individual, artist, photographer or illustrator. You may not use or reproduce any design, illustration or image. We reserve the right to photograph and/or distribute or publish for promotional and marketing needs any work created for the customer as samples for our portfolio, brochures, web site, and similar media.
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by both customer and Anticipate, provided that neither shall incur any liability, penalty or additional cost due to delays caused by a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, labor trouble or strike, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the client or Anticipate. Where production schedules are not adhered to by the customer, final delivery date or dates will be adjusted accordingly.
The validity and enforceability of this agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas applicable to agreements entered into and performed in the state of Texas. This agreement is our entire understanding and may not be modified in any respect except in an executed agreement. If Anticipate must retain attorneys to collect our invoices, we will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
